I’m a mom, an author, artist, speaker, and photographer. A woman who loves Jesus and believes in the beauty that can rise from broken pieces.
My family resides in a small Texas gulf coast town. Though motherhood has added a few fine lines it's been worth the waves to see them grow into who God wants them to be.
My prayer is that you can find hope here whether you’re walking through a storm, standing in the waiting, or learning to trust God with your next step.

I’ve always believed there is beauty in the making.

Some of the most meaningful things in my life have come from seasons I would never have chosen.
There have been moments when life felt fractured, uncertain, or completely outside of my control. Moments when I wondered what God was doing and whether the pieces of my story could ever become something beautiful.
Over time, I began to see something differently. Maybe the broken places aren't the end of the story.
Maybe God can use the very things that have shaped us to refine us, deepen us, and draw us closer to Him. That realization became the heart behind my writing, my art, and eventually this ministry.

Where The Sea Glass Soul began.

I have always been drawn to the shore.

There is something about the ocean that quiets the noise. It gives me room to think, to write, to pray, and to listen.

And then there is sea glass. Once, it was something else entirely—a broken piece with sharp edges. But after years of being tumbled by waves, carried among the rocks, and shaped by the elements, it becomes something beautiful. That image stayed with me. I began to see how much our own stories can resemble sea glass.

We may begin as shattered pieces. We may spend seasons being tossed around, wondering why God has allowed us to remain in the process for so long.

But the process doesn't mean God has forgotten us. Sometimes the very places that feel like they are breaking us are becoming the places where He is shaping us.

That became the foundation for The Sea Glass Soul: Forged by Fire, Tempered by the Sea—my first book and the beginning of a message I knew was bigger than a book.

Why I created Jamie Zenteno Ministries.

Jamie Zenteno Ministries was created to offer a place where women can pause, breathe, reflect, and be reminded of the heart of God. I have a heart to see women encouraged and have that peace within their hearts I know they are worthy of having.

Through this ministry, I want to create spaces where women can bring their questions, their uncertainty, their stories, and their hope. I don't believe we have to have everything figured out before we come to God. I believe He meets us right where we are.

Sometimes we need encouragement. Sometimes we need a quiet place to process. Sometimes we need someone to remind us that waiting isn't abandonment. And sometimes we simply need permission to sit still long enough to hear what God has been saying all along.

That is what I hope this space can be.

More Than One Thing.

I'm a mom.

I’m an author.

I'm a speaker.

I'm an artist.

I'm a photographer.

But those titles aren't really separate pieces of who I am. They're different ways I tell stories.

Through a book, a photograph, a watercolor, a conversation, or a room full of women, I want to point people back toward hope, truth, and God - who is still present in every season.

So, welcome.

Whether you found me through The Sea Glass Soul, a speaking event, a workshop, a Shoreline Session, blog post, a piece of art, or simply a search for a little encouragement—

I'm glad you're here.

You don't have to have the perfect words. You don't have to have the next step figured out.

You can simply come as you are.

Come sit for a while.

And maybe, somewhere along the way, you'll begin to see your own story a little differently, too.
